Bob Rehill was delighted to attend the exclusive ADP London Business
Forum Event hosted at The Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel in London on Wednesday 16th
October, with guest speaker, Sahar Hashemi, Co-Founder of Coffee Republic.
discussion for the day included ‘Coping with changes in workforce demographics
and demands’ as well as ‘New ways of working – Increasing productivity’, after
which guest speaker Sahar Hashemi shared the story of how she transformed the
UK high street by building Coffee Republic into a £30m brand. Sahar also
explored interesting questions such as ‘How can we encourage innovative
thinking and drive growth by finding different and new ways of doing things?’
and also ‘How can we be more agile, more resilient and less stuck in our ways when
facing organisational change?’
