‘Reinventing HR’ with SDWorx

2 min read

The Covid-19 pandemic has created challenges that none of us anticipated, whether that’s in our personal or professional lives. The new ‘working from home’ routine, coupled with home-schooling and the pressures of the ongoing pandemic, has meant that new ways of working have begun to emerge.

For many businesses, it has accelerated digital transformation projects and highlighted the need for more agile and fluid ways of working. In order to meet the needs of the post-Covid workforce, HR is being reinvented.

We are delighted to have partnered with SDWorx to take a closer look at how these changes might impact businesses, from heightened staff expectations through to the reinvented role that HR will inevitably play.

Reinventing HR Whitepaper

Firstly, we are delighted to have contributed to a brand-new SDWorx whitepaper, which aims to take a closer look at how this may play out over the coming months. As Bob mentions ‘During the national lockdown, some companies were making it clear they wanted staff to return to the office. But employees are now asking whether that’s necessary.” The way companies view their workforce needs to change. He says: “Historically, organisations have always worked from the inside out, but they are now having to look from the outside in and view things from the employee perspective.”

Informative Webinars

Secondly, we are proud to be involved in a series of informative webinars, exploring each of the four market trends SDWorx identifed in their survey of over 3,000 European companies, through a post-Covid lens. The webinars aim to get to the bottom of each of the following trends and provide practical advice that you can put into practice:

  1. Fluidity
  2. Digitalisation
  3. Flexibility
  4. Employee Experience

Bob comments: “I am thrilled to be able to part of the SDWorx Whitepaper and Webinar series. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the landscape for businesses and it is important for leaders to explore new ways of working in order to meet the demands of the workforce. Thank you to SDWorx for putting together a great schedule of content, I am already looking forward to the next webinar on 22nd April.”
